How do I add warm-up and cool-down to workouts?
To add warm-up and cool-down:
- Edit your workout
- Create a round called "Warm Up" at the beginning
- Add stretching/mobility exercises
- Create your main workout rounds
- Add a final round called "Cool Down"
- Add stretching/recovery exercises
Tip: You can create reusable warm-up routines and add them to multiple workouts.
