How do I add warm-up and cool-down to workouts?

To add warm-up and cool-down:

  1. Edit your workout
  2. Create a round called "Warm Up" at the beginning
  3. Add stretching/mobility exercises
  4. Create your main workout rounds
  5. Add a final round called "Cool Down"
  6. Add stretching/recovery exercises

Tip: You can create reusable warm-up routines and add them to multiple workouts.
