Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a "video minute"?

A video minute is counted when your API request returns exercise data that includes video URLs. The duration of each exercise video is tracked against your monthly limit. Average exercise videos are 10–15 seconds, yoga poses around 30 seconds.

What happens when I reach my minute limit?

API requests will return a 429 status code. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more minutes, or wait until your next billing period when usage resets.

What is the difference between watermarked and clean videos?

Starter plan videos include a small Your Move watermark. Pro and above get clean, unwatermarked videos ready for white-label use in your app.

Can I use the videos in my mobile app?

Yes! Videos can be embedded in any application — web, iOS, Android, or desktop. Videos are served via Bunny CDN for fast global delivery. See our license terms for details.

How does posture analysis billing work?

Each plan includes AI form analyses per month (Starter: 10, Pro: 25, Scale: 50, Enterprise: 200). After your included analyses are used, additional analyses are billed at $0.25 each. Usage resets monthly with your billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet, but we plan to offer annual billing with a discount soon. Contact us at contact@ymove.app for custom arrangements.

Can I resell the videos?

No. The videos are licensed for use within your own application. You cannot redistribute, sub-license, or resell the video content to other developers. See our license page for full details.
