How do I create circuits?

A circuit is a series of exercises performed one after another with minimal rest, then repeated multiple times.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Content → Workouts
  2. Create or edit a workout
  3. Add a new Round (this is your circuit)
  4. Add all your exercises, each with Sets = 1
  5. Optionally add short rest between exercises (10-15 sec)
  6. Add a longer rest after the last exercise (60-90 sec)
  7. Set Round Repetitions to how many circuits you want (e.g., 3-4)

Example structure: Round: "Full Body Circuit" (repeat 3x) → Squats: 1 set × 15 reps → Push-ups: 1 set × 12 reps → Lunges: 1 set × 10 each leg → Plank: 1 set × 30 seconds → Rest: 60 seconds

The app will guide users through all exercises, rest, then repeat the full circuit.

Tip: Add a "Warm Up" round before and "Cool Down" round after your circuit!
