How do I create an AMRAP workout?

To create an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

This is for workouts where users repeat exercises as long as the timer is running.

  1. Go to Content > Workouts
  2. Create or edit a workout
  3. Set workout type to "List"
  4. Add a round with your exercises
  5. Set each exercise to 1 set with target reps
  6. Set the time of the round in seconds (e.g., 300 for 5 minutes)

The app will show a countdown timer while users complete as many rounds as possible.
