How do I create supersets?

A superset is when you perform two or more exercises back-to-back without rest between them.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Content → Workouts
  2. Create or edit a workout
  3. Add a new Round (this will be your superset)
  4. Add Exercise A (e.g., Bench Press) - set Sets to 1
  5. Add Exercise B (e.g., Bent Over Rows) - set Sets to 1
  6. Add rest time after the last exercise (e.g., 60-90 seconds)
  7. Set Round Repetitions to how many times you want to repeat (e.g., 3-4)

Example structure: Round: "Chest & Back Superset" (repeat 4x) → Bench Press: 1 set × 10 reps (no rest) → Bent Over Rows: 1 set × 10 reps → Rest: 90 seconds

The app will cycle through both exercises, then rest, then repeat for the number of round repetitions you set.

Tip: For tri-sets or giant sets, just add more exercises to the same round!
