How do users request refunds?

Refund processes depend on the payment platform:

Apple App Store: Users must request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You cannot process Apple refunds directly.

Google Play: Users can request refunds through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, or contact Google support for older purchases.

Stripe: You can process refunds directly through your Stripe dashboard or automate them in your app settings.

Consider your refund policy and communicate it clearly to users.
