What's the difference between Delete Account and Cancel Subscription?

These are two different actions:

Cancel Subscription:

• Stops future billing
• User keeps access until the paid period ends
• Account and data remain intact
• User can resubscribe anytime

Delete Account:

• Permanently removes all user data
• Cannot be undone
• Does NOT automatically cancel active subscriptions
• User must cancel subscription separately first

Always remind users to cancel their subscription before deleting their account to avoid continued charges.
