How do I create a Tabata workout?
To create a Tabata (20 sec work / 10 sec rest):
- Go to Content > Workouts
- Create a new workout, set type to "Time"
- Add a round
- Add exercises with:
- Work time: 20 seconds
- Rest time: 10 seconds
- Set round repetitions to 8 (for classic Tabata)
The app will automatically cycle through work/rest intervals.
