How do I create a Tabata workout?

To create a Tabata (20 sec work / 10 sec rest):

  1. Go to Content > Workouts
  2. Create a new workout, set type to "Time"
  3. Add a round
  4. Add exercises with:
    • Work time: 20 seconds
    • Rest time: 10 seconds
  5. Set round repetitions to 8 (for classic Tabata)

The app will automatically cycle through work/rest intervals.
