How do I create a HIIT workout?

To create a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):

  1. Go to Content > Workouts
  2. Set type to "List"
  3. Create rounds for each interval block
  4. Set the exercise row to type: "time"
  5. Set work time and rest time for each exercise
  6. Add round rest between different blocks

Example structure:

  • Round 1: 4 exercises, 40s work / 20s rest, repeat 3x
  • Round rest: 60 seconds
  • Round 2: 4 different exercises, same timing
