How do I create a HIIT workout?
To create a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):
- Go to Content > Workouts
- Set type to "List"
- Create rounds for each interval block
- Set the exercise row to type: "time"
- Set work time and rest time for each exercise
- Add round rest between different blocks
Example structure:
- Round 1: 4 exercises, 40s work / 20s rest, repeat 3x
- Round rest: 60 seconds
- Round 2: 4 different exercises, same timing
