# YMove Posture & Form Analysis Skill

## What it does
Analyze exercise form from video using AI. Upload a video of any exercise and get:
- A form score (0-100)
- Specific issues detected with severity levels
- Personalized corrective exercises with video demonstrations
- Actionable fix instructions

## API Base URL
https://exercise-api.ymove.app/api/v2

## Endpoints
- POST /posture/analyze - Analyze exercise form from video
  - Body: { video: { type: "base64", data: "<base64>", media_type: "video/mp4" }, exercise_name: "Barbell Back Squat" }
  - Optional: custom_instructions, num_frames (4-20), analysis_type (exercise|standing|seated|walking|general)
- GET /usage - Check remaining analyses

## Authentication
Include API key in header: X-API-Key: your_key_here
Or set env: YMOVE_API_KEY=your_key_here

Pricing

Form analyses are included with your Exercise API plan. No separate subscription needed.
