How do the tracking action links (Weight, Water, Progress) work?

The three tracking links (Weight, Water, Progress) appear based on whether they're enabled in your tracking settings.

You can also add a custom action under Settings, but these can currently only link to external websites. We're working on adding in-app links, but that's not yet available.
