How are active users counted?

Active users are counted based on the following rules:

• Only paying users are counted. You can also manually set a user to "paid" in the dashboard by assigning them, and those will be included.
• Users who sign up but don't start a subscription or purchase a product are not counted.
• Single product purchases count the user as active for six months.
• Users on an active trial are counted.
• When a user cancels, they retain access until the end of their billing period.
