How do I send follow-ups for users who don't finish their payment?

You can set up automated follow-ups for abandoned carts using our Actions system.

How it works:

1. Go to Settings > Actions
2. Create an action that triggers when a user starts but doesn't complete payment
3. Connect this action to your email automation tool via Zapier, Make.com, or send emails directly via our platform

Example workflow:

1. User starts checkout but leaves
2. Action triggers automatically
3. A reminder email is sent after 1 hour
4. Optionally send a second reminder after 24 hours with a discount code

This helps recover lost sales by reminding users to complete their purchase.
